Detra found Truth Tribe in 2022 and, at first, invested in 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘴. 

Shortly after, she applied for and was selected to participate in 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺.

In just one year, Detra consistently watched almost all of Coach Zara’s recent videos, invested in Coach Zara’s books, and utilized nearly every Truth Tribe self-work resource available, as tools to transform her emotional life through self-care.

Having invested 291 Self-Care Hours, accumulating 469 Self-Care Points (of 520), and being recognized as a repeat Self-Care Honoree, Detra departed the 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 in 2023 meeting all of her incoming and assigned Self-Care Targets with excellence.

Despite losing her Journey Partner, being tempted to reconcile with multiple toxic family members, and facing insurmountable obstacles on the home front, she remained committed to self-care and overcame every single stumbling block, resiliently.

Because of Detra’s undying dedication to emotional wellness through self-care—the Truth Tribe way, it is with tremendous honor that we promote her to the Truth Tribe team as a 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘦 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 training under Coach Zara. 

Additionally, as a 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘦 𝘈𝘮𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘳 who embodies and will encourage others to embody Truth Tribe’s core beliefs as a springboard to emotional change through self-care.
