How Do You Join the Club?
Once you submit the form (and are approved) you will receive enrollment subscription information to deduct a $25 monthly fee from your debit card or PayPal account (allow 3-7 business days for us to process your form submission first). Make sure you check your spam folder. *Subject to approval, we may request additional information; selection is solely at our discretion.
You can use your club subscription confirmation message from PayPal to cancel or pause the subscription at any time.
There is no return of funds for missed club sessions.
How Does My Child Access the Private Club?
1. Submit the group agreement form below and then look for the enrollment subscription fee link via email (check your spam); youth cannot join without submitting the one-time agreement.
2. Subscribe to Arrow Spring Academy email list (once there, scroll to bottom of page for email box) for session reminders. Note the times per age group for 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at the top center of this page. It is important you recognize club meets Eastern Standard Time.
3. In attending, you understand that we reserve the right in sole discretion to refuse or terminate access at any time without notice (those who create disharmony or distrust will be removed).
What Will My Child Talk About?
Coach Zara presents an age-appropriate topic for conversational exploration. She then disengages to allow youth to socialize as they’re led, without adult interference. However, Zara remains in the room (camera off, audio on) to ensure strict decorum.
Youth are not pressured to talk but should engage in order to mature socialization skills. Zara skillfully encourages those children who need a gentle nudge to speak more.
What Software Is Needed to Attend Each Club Session?
Use the Zoom link we send for your web browser window. Or, you can also download the free Zoom app (you do not need to create an account).
Prepare to use a laptop or desktop with a webcam and mic for the best experience.
Enter child’s first name and last initial, or first initial and last name to match RSVP for admission into the meeting.
Note that youth must show themselves on camera in order to participate, no hiding.
Join on a smartphone (Android use Chrome, iOS use Safari) but the experience is best on a laptop/desktop.
Update to a recent version of Chrome or Firefox.
Plan to use a strong internet connection in order to view and participate.
Get earbuds or headphones to prevent audio echoes.
Can Parents Be On Screen/In Room With Their Child?
It is strictly prohibited and goes against our policy to have a parent on the screen, while youth participants attend club sessions. In order to maintain transparency and comfortability, parents must allow their children to enjoy the safe space without parental interference.
If you are unable to submit the form, you may need to:
1. perform customer log-out (if you recently made a purchase here),
2. use a different internet browser,
3. choose an alternate WiFi network,
4. or try another computer (not on the same WiFi).
The electronic form is the only way to submit your info.
