Zara Hairston | Writer • Author • Counselor • Coach

Zara coined the phrase, "Love doesn't lie, or expect you to live one," tired of religion often teaching the lie that love hurts.

Ripe relationship with The Most High YAH, Zara has come to find, shows that love is wisdom...that wisdom heals, and self-care plays a critical role.

Are you ready to renew your mind about real love and healthy relationships, too?

Zara—also a writer and author—found herself on the brink of suicide before she finally accepted such truths.

Years after the traumatic incident, inspired by her own emotional healing journey, she completed a master's degree program in faith-based counseling.

Thereafter, Hairston continued her education with certifications in multiple life coaching disciplines.

However, since her healing journey was so intertwined with the love of The Most High, it is Zara's strong belief that true emotional health is strongly linked to (and nearly impossible without) spiritual health.

Therefore, while many find roots in secular-focused methods, Zara's methodology finds its roots in Scripture (but not religion).

Since the late 90's, she's helped people wisen their hearts toward healthier relationships, and grow their mindset to maintain emotional growth.
